Leadership role in the incubation and growth of the current organization's 'Competitive Intelligence' (CI) practice entrusted with formulating 'competitive value proposition & positioning strategies' ready to be used by the sales and business development teams placed in various geographies, equipping them to respond to changing market conditions. These are based on well analyzed 'competitive differentiators' both from an operational as well as financial standpoint. This is keeping in mind the companies focus on high end analytics firm as part of the KPO and ITES industires.

Work experience in IT enabled services, BI/Analytics services, business development, sales & marketing of BI/Analytics services/ other IT-enabled services, working with offshore service providers for global market and US/EU client facing sales/marketing

Skills/Knowledge:

Candidate should have a familiarity with secondary marketing research resources; market and financial analysis skills; understanding technical and business aspects of BI/Analytics/ Marketing services. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, presentation preparation and delivery, inter-personal management skills, relationship development skills with the decision makers; Other desirable qualities: self-motivation, knowledge-sharing, high-integrity, persuasiveness, western client focus, planning and organizing, business awareness, adaptability.
